Everyone Loves a Great Leg Day

Hi Friends!

Leg day....most people dread those words because we know it is only just a matter of days and we may not be able to walk because we got such a good workout. I used to be one of those people, but as I have gotten more leg days in I have come to really enjoy them.

Here are just some of my favorite moves:

Lungs with weights (5 sets of 10 on each leg)

Squats (5 sets of 10)

Leg press (5 set of 10)

Boxes stepping up with one leg (5 set 10 on each leg)

If you are looking for a great leg workout try some of these moves and are sure to get a great workout.
