The First Blog Back

I don't know how many of you have ever tried to manage your own blog or have tried to keep going with something that you are passionate about doing, but if you get off track it is hard to try and get started again. It is not only hard to get motivated again, but the preparation is also daunting.

In this case, I transformed my blog completely not only by switching the look, but changing what I was going to talk about and what my goals of a lifestyle blog would be. The way I felt I would compare to how you feel getting ready for your first day at a new job. You do all of this prep work in order to make a good first impression, but you are nervous about what your new employer will really think about you and if you will be good enough. That is exactly how I felt about starting this blog. I felt that I needed to make the website and the static content great so you, the reader, would want to go further into the site and find my blog. The whole time I was getting everything prepared I had butterflies in my stomach because I am so excited to start this new journey with you all.

My hope and desire for this site is that you will enjoy reading about all the different topics that Stylings of Stacey has to offer and that it inspires you to go after your dreams just like I am doing with this blog.
