TOMS Favorites

Happy Wednesday! I know that I missed my Friday Favorites last week due to being on vacation, but I am back at it. I wanted to share some of my favorite items from one of my favorite companies, TOMS. Most people have heard of TOMS and what they stand for and that is what draws me to this company so much. For those of you who do not know TOMS started as a one-for-one company in shoes. Meaning that for every pair of shoes that you bought a child in need of shoes in a different country like Argentina would get a pair of shoes. The founder, Blake Mycosie, came up with this idea when he went to Argentina and saw all of these children who were not able to attend school because they did not have shoes. Since the beginning TOMS has grow into other areas besides shoes like sunglasses and bags. Now, the sunglasses and bags work a little different. With every purchase of sunglasses a person gets an eye surgery and with every bag purchased it helps a mother have a safe birth. For more information about the company you can click here.
