Katy Perry

If you don't know Katy Perry is one of my favorite artist. Her songs are always so catchy and mostly upbeat. A dream of mine has always been to go to one of her concerts. I saw Katy's movie when it first came out and so started the dream of going to her concert. They always looked so extravagant and interactive.

Well on Saturday my husband made that dream come true. I have known for quite a while that i was going, but as the days got closer I got more and more excited. When I first got to the concert I was a little nervous that all this anticipation and hype would just lead to a let down. Man, was I wrong! If you have never been to one of her concerts they are amazing. There is always so much going on and she really tries to get the audience involved. My husband even said it was a great concert and he isn't the biggest fan of concerts.

Of course she had the left shark come out during California Dream (my husband's favorite part), but the best part for me was just listening to her older songs and realizing how inspirational they are. Katy seems to write some songs that really just pump you up and make you say I can do ANYTHING! I think that is one reason why I love her so much.

If you have never been to her concert or really listened to her songs I would highly suggest it.
