My Favorite Upper Body Exercises
I am going to start off being completely honest with you, I have not been doing as great at working out as I once was. It seems like life and lack of motivation really got to me so spent a lot of nights on the couch instead of at the gym. Now that we have that out of the way I also wanted to share with that as of the last couple of weeks I have gotten my motivation back and have made it so things I need to get done are done during the day or after I go to the gym. Since returning to the gym I have focused a lot on my upper body. Here are just some of favorite upper body exercises. To see my favorite leg exercises click here.
Seated Cable Row
This exercise works your upper back. In order to make sure you are getting the most out of this exercise be sure that you keep your spine tall while pulling the cable towards your chest.

Chest Flys Machine
This exercise works your chest. To get the most out of this exercise be sure you are not using your whole body to bring the two sides together.

Tricep Cable Pushdowns
This exercise works your triceps. To get the most out of this exercise be sure that you are extending your arm all the way straight.

Bicep Curls
This exercise works your triceps. To get the most out of this exercise be sure that you are extending your arm all the way down before curling the back up.
